How credits work
What each lookup costs, what's free, and what happens to unused credits.
Updated
Every lookup is paid for with credits. One credit finds one work email. You're only charged for results: a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
| What you do | Credits |
|---|---|
| Find a work email | 1, only if one is found |
| Verify an email | 0.1 (risky results are free) |
| Search leads | 0.1 per lead returned |
| Reveal a lead's email | 1 per email found |
| People at a company | 0.1 per person, plus 1 per email found |
| Look up a person by email | 1, only if found |
| A company's tech stack | 0.5, only if found |
| Identify the company behind an IP | 10, only if a company is found |
| Count matching leads, list filters | Free |
Bulk verification reserves credits up front and refunds risky or unprocessed emails automatically when the batch finishes.
Your balance
Your balance is in the sidebar under Credits, and the Usage page shows what you spent it on. You'll get an email when it drops low; change that threshold under Billing → Low balance alert.
Unused credits
Credits from a paid plan roll over month to month while your subscription is active. When a subscription ends, unused credits go with it. Free trial credits are a one-time allowance.
Sending emails from your connected inbox doesn't use credits. It's included in every paid plan.
