How to reach a person, and what to include so we can help quickly.

Email george@getacquiresure.space. It's the same address your sign-in emails come from, and a person reads every message.
To get an answer in one reply, include:
- the email address of your acquiresure account;
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen;
- the exact error, and its request id if there was one (see Error messages and request ids);
- for payments, the time and the last 4 digits of the card (never the full number).
Signed in? Email support in the dashboard's account menu fills in your account details for you.
For volume pricing, invoicing or a plan above 50,000 credits a month, use the same address.
