I didn't get free credits

The free trial (10 credits and 20 emails) is one per person. A new account starts with 0 credits if it looks like a repeat sign-up:

• the same inbox as an existing account, including +tag and dotted Gmail variants of it;
• the same browser as another account;
• the same network as an account created in the last 30 days.

Your account still works: you can buy a plan and everything is available straight away.
