Connect your Google Workspace inbox
Send from your own inbox with a Google app password, and pick safe daily limits.

acquiresure sends email from your own Google Workspace inbox, so replies come straight to you. It connects with an app password, a separate 16-character password Google gives you for apps like this. Your normal password never leaves Google, and we store the app password encrypted.
1. Create an app password
- Turn on 2-Step Verification for the Google account (myaccount.google.com → Security).
- Go to myaccount.google.com/apppasswords, name it "acquiresure" and click Create.
- Copy the 16-character password Google shows you.
If the App passwords page says it isn't available, your Workspace admin has to allow app passwords for your organisation first.
2. Connect it
- In the dashboard, open Email and click Connect inbox.
- Enter the inbox address and the app password, plus the sender name people will see.
- Choose your pace:
- Emails per day: new inboxes 20–50. Raise it slowly over a few weeks.
- Seconds between sends: at least 20; we add a little random jitter.
- Signature: added under every email as plain text.
We log in to check it works before saving it, so a wrong password fails straight away instead of mid-campaign.
You can connect up to 20 inboxes; campaigns spread their sends across them. Each account sends at most 2,000 emails a day across all its inboxes.
