My AI says it can't reach acquiresure

"Invalid or missing API key" (Cursor, Claude Code and other agents)

• Check the key starts with as_live_ and has no spaces or line breaks around it.
• Check it hasn't been revoked under API keys. Revoked keys stop working immediately.
• Make sure it's sent as the x-api-key header and the URL is https://api.acquiresure.cloud/mcp.

Claude or ChatGPT says unauthorized, or asks you to connect again

• Click Connect (Claude) or reconnect the app (ChatGPT) and sign in again. Sessions end if you disconnected the app from your dashboard or logged out everywhere.
• When adding the connector, leave the OAuth Client ID and Secret empty. Filled-in values stop the sign-in from working.

"Not enough credits"

The lookup needs more credits than you have. Your AI is shown how many it needs and a link to upgrade. See How credits work.

Too many requests (429)

Each account can make 120 requests a minute. Your agent should wait a few seconds and retry.
